The house is located at Aluva, a suburb of Kochi.The design approach was very contemporary, respecting the site , climate and the clients unique needs.The plan is a derivation of two key aspects- First,To respond to the slope of the site. Second,Spatial nuances and levels to create segregation between the public and private areas.The private areas are enclosed in two main block which are segregated by a large common space.
